Garden Gate Ranch's volunteers make ministry effective, sustainable, and vibrant.

At Garden Gate Ranch, volunteers can help residents thrive in the day-to-day, assist in maintaining key ministry structures, speak to the community on behalf of Garden Gate Ranch, and more. All volunteers must complete orientation before serving.

CURRENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

LAWN MAINTENANCE

We are seeking a recurring volunteer or a couple volunteers that enjoy working outdoors an have experience with basic lawn-care equipment.

 

This volunteer position provides lawn and grounds maintenance every other week during the growing season.   You would be using the tractor, riding lawn mower, and using our weed eater for triming.

Time Commitment: approx. 1-2 hours every other week.  Flexible scheduling based on your availability.

FACILITIES CARE VOLUNTEER 

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented volunteer to help keep our office spaces clean.  This volunteer will come in once per week to provide light cleaning and upkeep our administrative spaces, bathroom and kitchenette.

 

This volunteer position completes dusting office surfaces, cleaning and sanitizing bathroom and kitchen areas, vaccumming office areas and light weekly upkeep to maintain a clean, professional workspace.

Time Commitment:  flexible scheduling during work hours, approx. 1 hour per visit.

Mission Assistant (MA) roles do not have direct interaction with residents and can be one time or routine volunteer roles. Mission Assistant roles require entry level training.


Resident Support (RS) roles have direct interaction with residents. These positions require a higher level of volunteer training, and we ask for a minimum of a 6 month commitment.
